After two weekends of gripping competition between eight cricket teams, the 2010 Two Cents of Hope Annual Cricket Tournament culminated with Warren Warriors of Warren, NJ winning the Cricket for a Cause cup. Seen in the picture above is the winning team with the organizers of the event; Two Cents of Hope and Edison Cricket Club.
On behalf of the entire organizing committee, we would like to thank all teams that came forward to participate in this wonderful cause, and helped make the tournament a big success.
The teams that took part in the tournament include S&P from NYC/Jersey City, NJ, Scarlet Knights from Rutgers University, NYU Poly from Brooklyn, NY, NY Warriors from Queens, NY, AILIV from Livingston, NJ, Warren Warriors from Warren, NJ, City11 from Jersey City, NJ, and Edison Cricket Club from Edison, NJ.
Councilman of Edison, Dr. Sudhanshu Prasad was our chief guest and gave away the trophies for the Winning team. Special thanks to our partners Edison Cricket Club, and our event sponsors:
